This email works well in Gmail. Some other emails don’t work so well

To use it, simply copy the subject and body into the appropriate locations on the email form. The copying doesn’t work perfectly, so you might want to adjust the size and formatting of the text. In particular, “we have the power: we have the votes” comes across too small. I make it “huge” in the email.

Be sure to leave the unsubscribe link to prevent browsers from putting the email into their junk mail folders.

Even if your Congress members support good government, message them. Support strengthens resolve. Silence does not.

Our most urgent priorities are:

• Remove Trump from office. — As Alexander Hamilton explained in Federalist No. 65, that impeachable offenses “relate chiefly to injuries done immediately to the society itself.” Trump used trickle down economics to continue the transfer of trillions of dollars from the working class to the rich. He should be impeached for that. Absolutely.
• End Rule by money — The Supreme Court’s Citizens United ruling opened the door to unlimited independent election spending, letting extreme wealth buy outsized influence. It must be overruled.

• End trickle-down economics (restore highly progressive taxation) to
  • improve wealth distribution
  • get benefits like the people in happier nations enjoy (we rank 24th in happiness), even though we are among the richest nations.
  • responsibly fund the government
  • meet our responsibilities as a great nation

Unity – So Congress listens

We can quickly take the government back from special interests and billionaire-funded influence.

We have the numbers — now let’s show our power. Imagine if just 50 people today each email their members of Congress and then forward this message to 50 friends and tomorrow, every recipient follows suit, and the process repeats, by the end of the week Congress would be flooded with hundreds of millions of messages

Even if some people share it with fewer contacts, the exponential growth will still send an unmistakable message.
