Trump believes that taxes and the government should be minimized. That belief is based on the rights and interests of individual people and enterprises.

Sounds reasonable enough on the face of it. Individual people and businesses would be better off without taxes or regulations.

But individuals are not equal.

Trump’s policies help the rich and hurt the rest of the prople.

Adequate taxes are essential for the well being of the people.

We live in a capitalistic country: if you can’t pay, you can’t get. The average wealth is $470,000 but far too many people can’t get the essentials of modern life

Regulations and highly progressive taxes are essential.

Individuals need to compromise, contribute, and cooperate for the greater good of the people and the nation.
